ITEC's Mission

The mission of ITEC is to…

  •  engage Iowa educators through providing high quality learning experiences that positively impact student experiences.
  • equip Iowa educator through creating resources and learning opportunities that promote best practices.
  • connect, celebrate and empower Iowa educators and students, and
  • transform teaching and learning through the use of technology.

The diagram below represents our organization’s strategic plan, which includes our mission, goals, and approach. Our organization is also governed by our bylaws which was last updated in December 2025.
